Time & again, we’ve witnessed countless cases where women have been objectified in Bollywood. I better not give examples because if I do, one article won’t be enough for this. Whether it’s playing strong characters or demanding higher paychecks, they never seem to have gotten their due. In fact, a lot of leading ladies of Bollywood have come out & openly spoke about this wrongful treatment but the battle is far from being over.
And so is the behaviour towards them when they go for media interviews. Rather than their roles & characters, what they are asked about is their wardrobe, stylists, controversies & what not.
